Mags Milan

I have had a lifelong interest in helping people to cope with life’s challenges. Having previously gained first class honours in Psychology, I was delighted to graduate top of my year at the British School of Osteopathy, winning prizes in academic and clinical excellence.

I am hugely passionate about the role osteopathy can play in promoting overall wellbeing. As a parent with two young children, I am all too aware of the difficulty of balancing personal and professional demands - and how hard it can be to allocate regular time for yourself. I believe osteopathy is ideally placed to help children and adults improve every aspect of their life.

My postgraduate training in paediatrics enables me to help children of all ages overcome the physical strains that become barriers to fully enjoying life. Whether supporting families through birth recovery and successful infant feeding (whatever the method), diagnosing an underlying joint disorder, or rehabilitating an ankle sprain, treating children is central to my practice.

My approach aims to engage with your unique physical function and lifestyle demands, incorporating the latest in pain science education, a wide variety of osteopathic techniques, a good listening ear and the odd joke along the way. I strongly believe that fun is the final piece of the puzzle in leading a happy, healthy existence!

Please do get in touch - I am delighted to speak with you about how I can help.

Associate osteopath

Eva Ratynska

With over ten years of hands-on experience treating both people and animals, Eva brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate, whole-body approach to her osteopathic practice. Before qualifying as an osteopath, she specialised in musculoskeletal therapy, developing a deep understanding of movement, biomechanics, and rehabilitation that continues to inform her treatments today.

Eva graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2023, where she developed a strong foundation in structural osteopathy alongside advanced cranial osteopathic techniques. As a naturopathic osteopath, she believes in treating the whole person rather than simply addressing symptoms, helping to restore balance between the body's structure and function to support natural healing and long-term wellbeing.

Eva is passionate about helping people move with greater ease, recover from injury, manage persistent pain, and achieve their health goals. She understands that every patient is unique and takes the time to listen carefully, understand your concerns, and create an individualised treatment plan tailored to your needs. Her calm, friendly approach ensures patients feel supported and confident throughout their care.

Committed to lifelong learning and evidence-informed practice, Eva is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and the NCOR Research Network, and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
